Arkansas Entrepreneur Week
February 1-5, 2010

The numbers do not lie. Nearly 98 percent of businesses in Arkansas are small businesses. In support of all current and aspiring entrepreneurs around the state, The Arkansas Small Business Development Center is celebrating its 10th Annual “Arkansas Entrepreneur Week” February 1-5, 2010.

During the week, ASBTDC will offer two new seminars in locations around the state.

7 Strategies for Small Business Success

7 Strategies for Small Business Success, a course especially for startups, will be held in Arkadelphia, Batesville, Camden, Fayetteville and Little Rock on Feb. 2 and in Jonesboro and McGehee on Feb. 4.


5 Small Business Strategies for Social Media

5 Small Business Strategies for Social Media can help existing businesses get started with social media like Twitter and Facebook. The program will be offered in Magnolia Feb. 1, Monticello Feb. 2, Pine Bluff and Rogers Feb. 3, and Hot Springs, Jonesboro, and Little Rock Feb. 4.


Inclement Weather Policy: Seminars will not be held if public schools are closed in the seminar city due to inclement weather. Check your local media for listings.
