Discount Policy

ASBDC Staff

ASBDC staff may attend any ASBDC training event at no charge unless the ASBDC is cosponsoring the event with another group in which that group will be retaining all fees and responsible for all costs of the event.

 

Student Workers

Any student who works for the ASBDC via Graduate Assistantship, Independent Study, or Work-Study can attend any ASBDC training program free of charge. In fact, we encourage them to do so to provide professional development for our student employees.

 

UALR Employees

UALR employees may attend any ASBDC training event at no charge unless the ASBDC is cosponsoring the event with another group in which that group will be retaining all fees and responsible for costs of the event. The Training Coordinator will determine the employee discount fee.

 

UALR College of Business Students

Any student of the UALR College of Business may attend any ASBDC training program for ½ price.

 

Volunteer Speakers

The ASBDC will waive the fee for volunteer speakers to attend one training event of their choice per year. The Training Coordinator or the Training Manager must approve any additional discounts.
