by Timothy Lee, Associate Extension Specialist, UALR Lead Center

Yoga instructor Jane Foody recognized that her customers disliked paperwork and often had sore, tired feet. Thinking "outside the box" Jane offered her customers a soothing foot soak while she completed the registration paperwork FOR them.

The Wall Street Journal's Fast Fixes features an entrepreneur who thinks outside the box to solve a routine problem or a major obstacle in his or her small business. If you'd like to be considered, email your story to Colleen DeBaise at colleen.debaise@wsj.com.
