Small-Business Owners Upbeat About Economy

The National Federation of Independent Business says that after a one-month decline, its optimism survey returned to near-record levels in October. The NFIB says expectations for future growth are quite high. Among the small businesses surveyed, 47 percent expect the economy to be better in six months.
