SBA Solicits Nominations for State Awards

The SBA Arkansas District Office is soliciting nominations for awards to Arkansas businesses and individuals in the following categories:

Small Business Person of the Year

Entrepreneurial Success

Financial Services Advocate of the Year

Home-based Business Advocate of the Year

Minority Small Business Advocate of the Year

Research Advocate of the Year

SBA Young Entrepreneur of the Year

Small Business Exporter of the Year

Small Business Journalist of the Year

Veteran Small Business Advocate of the Year

Women in Business Advocate of the Year

Winners will be honored at an Awards Luncheon in June, 2004. Nominations are due to SBA Friday, December 5, 2003. Chambers of Commerce and other economic development groups are encouraged to make nominations.
