- Information and assistance regarding writing a substance abuse workplace policy, training supervisors, employee education, Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs), and drug testing.
- Clearinghouse of alcohol and other drug abuse brochures, posters, and video materials; and international electronic information network through the Regional Alcohol and Drug Awareness Resource Center and ADAP On-Line Bulletin Board System.
- Provision of primary prevention programming through a variety of strategies; technical assistance and impactor training; and distribution of funds to local non-profit organizations to promote effective community-based education /prevention projects.
- Provision of evaluation, detoxification, and referral for substance abuse services. Programs are located in 13 catchment areas to provide statewide access.
